Appointments can be made online 24/7. Alternatively, you can book an appointment by phone, email, or at the reception during opening hours. Some of our available times can only be booked by phone.

You can cancel your appointment by e-mail or by calling anytime 010 2712700 - leave a notice of the cancellation by message to the respondent if we are not available.
The appointment must be canceled at least one working day before the treatment period.
The price of the treatment is determined by the operations performed. For example, X-rays are often taken during an inspection visit, for which, in addition to the examination fee, fees according to the price list are charged.
The price of the operation is determined by the complexity. The prices in the price list are indicative prices of the average operation costs. The final price of is based on the degree of complexity, the duration of the operation and the materials required.
Your caregiver will keep you up to date on what operations are taking place. If you wish, you can ask for a written cost estimate for your treatment.
Kela reimburses part of the dental care if you are entitled to health insurance compensation in Finland. Kela compensation can be deducted directly at the checkout as long as you have a valid Kela card to present. You can find more information about Kela reimbursements for dental care from here
Payment at our reception is possible with most of the common payment cards, cash, and by prior arrangement also by invoice or installment. Aurora offers a very affordable financing option for care packages in cooperation with Resurs Bank. Read more about financing
In order to receive Kela direct compensation, please present a valid Kela Card at the time of payment.
We can invite you to dental care at regular intervals upon your approval.
